What is the LightHub Trade Account?

The LightHub Trade Account, offered through our credit partner Two, gives trade and business customers up to 30 days of free credit, enabling you to buy now and pay later. This convenient solution simplifies acquiring the tools and supplies you need.

With a Trade Account, you can better manage your cash flow, benefit from flexible credit limits, and enjoy straightforward online account management. You can also add multiple cardholders to place orders on your behalf. Please note that Trade Account approval is subject to status and is available exclusively to business customers.

What is Two trade credit?

Two is an external payment provider for trade purchases online, enabling you to use trade credit for buying from LightHub and other retailers. With Two, you can sign up in seconds and gain immediate access to flexible trade credit, making your purchasing process seamless.

If I make my purchase through Two, will I pay interest?

There is no cost to you for using Two to make purchases.

How does Two trade credit work?

LightHub has teamed up with Two to offer trade customers interest-free invoice terms for purchases. With Two, you can enjoy 30-day payment terms at checkout.

To use Two, simply call us on 0330 133 1311 or email: help@lighthubdirect.com to get instant approval and trade account setup.

Once setup you will be able to send our sales team a purchase order sales@lighthubdirect.com or add items to your basket and proceed to checkout. Select Two as your payment method. Once processed, Two will email the invoice directly to you.

When the order is processed by us, Two will send the invoice directly to you via email.

How do I pay my Two invoice?

All payment details will be provided on your invoice. Two accepts bank transfers for invoice payments, and it is your responsibility to ensure payment is made on time or before the due date. For more information, visit the Two support page, where a guided video demonstrates how to navigate and pay your PDF invoice.

If I apply for Two will this affect my credit score?

Applying for Two will not impact your credit score or the credit score of your company.

What happens if I am late or miss a Two payment?

Invoice payments must be received by Two by the due date specified on the invoice. Two will send reminders before the due date to help ensure timely payment. If payment is late, Two will continue to issue reminders, and late fees may apply in certain cases. Additionally, your ability to use Two may be paused, and your credit limit for future orders may be reduced.

If Two anticipates non-payment, they may assign or sell the debt to a collection agency, which will then be responsible for recovery. If you encounter difficulties with payments, please contact Two customer service at support@two.inc.
If Two does not believe that they will receive a payment for an invoice, they may assign or sell the debt to a debt collection agency who will become responsible for recovering the debt themselves.

If you are having trouble making payments please get in touch with the Two customer service via support@two.inc

If my order placed using Two is refunded how long will it take before I receive the funds?

Once we process your refund, you will promptly receive a credit note from Two for the full refund amount.

What checks will be performed to assess my application to Two?

Two will conduct credit and identity verification checks before you can place an order. Their internal credit scoring engine evaluates a combination of publicly available credit information and proprietary data to determine your business's credit limit. For identity verification, Two uses methods including email and bank account verification through Open Banking technology (regulated by the UK financial authority).

Here’s how the bank account verification process works:

  1. Select Your Bank: You’ll be prompted to choose your bank. You can use either your company’s bank account or your personal one.
  2. Choose Verification Method: You’ll have two options to proceed to your bank’s website. Two recommends scanning the QR code on the screen with your phone for a quicker process.
  3. Log In: Access your bank account using your usual login method, such as a username and password, face ID, or fingerprint.
  4. Share Details and Consent: Once logged in, select the account details you wish to share for verification and complete the consent process. You’ll see a confirmation message once this step is finished.
  5. Return to Application: You will be redirected back to the account application, which may take up to 5 seconds. A confirmation page will appear, indicating successful identity verification.

I provided incorrect invoice details for my Two purchase, can you edit my invoice?

If you’ve completed an order but provided incorrect information (such as an incorrect address or email), an invoice with the wrong details will be issued. Due to legal constraints, invoices cannot be edited once issued. To correct this, you will need to cancel the order, request a refund, and place a new order.

To cancel the invoice, please contact us so Two can amend the invoice. After the invoice is adjusted, Two will process the refund, allowing you to reorder with the correct information.

What happens if I order after 21 days?

Your Two credit approval is valid for 21 days, so we recommend placing your order within this period. If delivery occurs after this timeframe, a new credit check will be performed. If your available credit covers the order amount, the order will proceed smoothly. However, if your credit limit is insufficient, Two will not extend credit, and the order will be declined. In this case, you will need to place a new order using an alternative payment method.
