HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the website or click here.
  2. Enter the email used for your order.
  3. Enter the one-time six-digit verification code emailed to you.
  4. Select the order you wish to return.
  5. Choose the items to return (if applicable), select a return reason, and add a note.
  6. Click "Submit Request."
If approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label or barcode, along with nearby drop-off options.

TYPES OF RETURN

Please be advised that if the items being returned are in brand-new condition (see definition below) a refund will be issued upon receipt. The value of that refund is defined below. Items that are returned in lesser conditions may not be eligible for refund. In this case, the items can be sent back to you. Please note that a return shipping fee of £3.95 will apply.

For items that have been installed or wired but are found to have a fault, a full refund can still be processed, provided one of the following conditions is met:

  1. You provide photos or a video clearly demonstrating the fault, in accordance with our specific requirements. Please note that these requirements may vary depending on the product and the nature of the fault.
  2. You return the items for testing by our technicians. If a fault is confirmed, a full refund will be issued. If no fault is found, we will not be able to process the refund, but you will have the option to have the items returned to you for reinstallation. Please note that a return shipping fee of £3.95 will apply.

CONDITIONS

All goods must be received back in the original ‘resellable condition’.

The goods must not have been wired or installed. Please note that careful checks are carried out to see if the product has been wired or installed.

The manufacturer's product packaging, accessories, fixings, instructions, protective inner packaging etc are also required to be in received back in the original ‘resellable condition’. You must not rip, tear, write on, tape or stick labels on the manufacturer's product packaging. A protective outer parcel, the same or similar to the protective outer parcels we use to send the goods to you, must be used when returning the goods. Goods must not be damaged in transit.

If any of the conditions above are not met, the return will be rejected and a refund will not be issued. The item can be posted back to you via DPD for a charge of £3.95 otherwise, the goods will be disposed of within 30 days.

If you are returning goods from an order that has had ‘threshold limits’ or other condition based discounts applied and your return causes your order no longer meets those thresholds or other conditions, the discount may be deducted from your refund.
